IBR staff suffering due to hardware failure

Today's early afternoon, the second most important piece of hardware was ripped out of our hands, allegedly for maintenance reasons. Nevertheless, work at IBR will continue but in a degraded mode, hence expect slow personnel and late e-mail replys. We apologize for any inconvenience. Stay tuned for updates...
If you wonder what the most important piece of hardware is, it's our router. We need Internet access more than we need coffee. YMMV.
