| Time & Place | This course takes place in IZ146 on weekly appointments, every Tuesday from 09:45 to 11:15. Presentations are held in IZ105, if not stated otherwise. You have to finish every task until each deadline. The meeting dates for hand in (mandatory) have to be planned with the supervisor on time. |

| Prerequisites | Successful participation in this course . It is also required to have experience with the programming languages C/C++ or to learn these before or during the course. |

| Content | A total of four tasks of varying scope are planned. First, an introductory task on socket programming will be completed. This will be followed by three more extensive tasks on computer networks, which will be worked on in weekly meetings. Important: Attendance is mandatory for the kick-off and presentations. |
