Web Interface to libsmi Tools

For regular use, most libsmi users probably prefer to install the library and tools on their local system. However, in some situations it might be useful to strip MIB modules from documents (smistrip), to check MIB modules (smilint), or to convert MIB modules into other formats (smidump) modules via an interactive web-based service.
