[tkined] Dial Control Mib problems

I've tried to use the Mib defined in rfc2128 (DIAL-CONTROL-MIB) with some
Cisco router series 2600 and 3600 with the following results:
if I queries information on an active call (es. callActivePeerAddress) I
receive a response with a correct value, but if I try to query a variable
on a registred call (es. callHistoryPeerId) I receive the following response:
1.3.6.1.2.1.10.32.4.1.0 INTEGER disabled
Could you explain me the reason?
