You should be more specific what you are doing. It looks like you are
using a getnext and you get back which is
FRAME-RELAY-DTE-MIB::frTrapState where the default value is indeed
disabled. Looks like your RFC2128 agent does either not support
callHistoryPeerId ( or these objects are
not in view. Please read the documentation to figure this out.
