[tkined] traps handling in Windows

Hi,
We are running Scotty 3.0.0 on windows and I have a question about
trap handling. We used to have a file called "straps.c" with Scotty
2.0.5 distribution in tnm/snmp directory. The file is no longer there
with scotty-3..0.0 sources. Can someone give me some feedback as so if
this has been integrated into scotty and if so, any pointer on trap
handing in 3.0.0 will be much appreciated.
