[tkined] bitmap not defined

I've read in the porting notes that we should do a "make
distclean" on tk installation, in order to avoid the bitmap "icon" not
defined while executing tkined.

My tk8.0.1 is a precompiled version for AIX... What should I
change to avoid the same problem? I've already tried to "make distclean"
in the scotty directory, and the problem remains.

Any help will be very welcome.
