This is in walking distance (about 5 minutes) from the IETF meeting place. One just leaves the Austria Center Vienna through the main gate and walks into the direction of the underground (U1). At the bus station, before you cross the street you turn right and pass a chapel, after which you turn right again and just head straight to the TechGate, which also houses ftw (3-rd floor, just ring the bell).
