[tkined] couldn't load file "tnm300.dll":invalid argument

Hi,

I have just download the Scooty 3.0.0 Alpha release. but I have a problem to
execute some script. After the installation, if I try to run a tcl program
using scotty I have an error with the first line of the program:

package require Tnm 3.0.0

        couldn't load file "tnm300.dll": invalid argument
            while executing
        "load tnm300.dll"
            ("package ifneeded" script)
            invoked from within
        "package require Tnm 3.0.0"
            (file "fakeagent161.tcl" line 20)

Can anyone tell me what is the problem thanks
