JS is right, Win2000 Tcl8.2 works fine with Scotty 3.0.0.
I try to get Expect in the same Tcl8.2 shell (no more new Beast?)
 so we can do SNMP and CLI check the same time.
Now Expect only has v5.21 under tcl8.0 for Win2000.

I suggest to _not_ use 2.1.11 on Win32. Use the 3.0.0 snapshot
instead.
