Hi,

I downloaded Scotty 2.1.11 and tried to compile it against Tcl 8.3.2 for MS Window system. But it failed for trying to find tcl75.lib and tk41.lib. I wonder if I need to change tcl75 to tcl83 and tk41.lib to tk83.lib in makefile.vc. Or I should still compile Scotty 2.1.11 against Tcl7.5/Tk4.1 and it will run with Tcl8.3.2. I would really appreciate any help on this.

Also, I wonder if I can compile Scotty 3.0 against Tcl8.3.2.
