Sorry for the delay. I have now checked in a patch for tnmMibUtil.c
which makes sure that OIDs or OCTET STRING with a constant length are
handled properly. Note that this patch requires some other patches to
load size and range restrictions, which are not in the CVS yet but
will show up shortely.
