[tkined] Tkined not installing tools

Hi Everybody,
        I am trying to install Scotty2.1.10 with Tkined1.4.10 on Solaris5.5.1. I
have already installed Tcl/Tk8.0.3.
        For some reason Tkined is not installing Tools option. Could some one help
me out with this.
