I think I faced this problem. Rename the directory "mann" to "man5" or
any other digit. Then rename all the files in the "man5" directory
to *.5 - add /opt/scotty/man to your MANPATH. Then just type
$ man 5 [whatever]

I think I faced this problem too - whichever Octet String you'd want to
display should have a DISPLAY-HINT. If it is not there - scotty displays
it in hex.
