It loads fine on my version 2.1.10. Are you sure you tried the same
version that is in the email message? I guess there is the END missing
or something similar.

The real bug is that the parser does accept the MIB since the MIB has
errors. First, descriptors for value assignements and macro
invocations must start with a lowercase character. Further, the value
in the LAST-UPDATED clause is illegal according to SMIv2 (but it is in
a comment so it does not matter).
