I agree. SNMPv2c is being supported by some vendors now - removing it
would be a bad idea. Keeping SNMPv2c support in the source is really
no big deal. Keeping USEC is a bit more painful because the security
stuff changed quite a bit in SNMPv3 and this would bloat the source.
