Right. Console IO under Windows sucks. Thats why we do not plan to
support a scotty executable on this platform. You should use tclsh and
call "package require Tnm 2.1".

The publically available Windows port is the first things we got
running on NT. There are several limitations in some command
options. We are working on a more complete version (which supports
tkined on NT) based on Tcl8.0. I have no idea right now when this will
be available.
You might want to take a look at the snapshots if you are really
interested to track down bugs and to help us porting the code.
