I don't know whether ISODE is still available or not,
but, if you are looking for a pretty good free SNMP
package (including agent), you could try ucd-snmp-3.2,
which is a successor to cmu-snmp package.

The master site is:

ftp://ftp.ece.ucdavis.edu/pub/snmp/

I think it will compile on any reasonable 4.x-BSD-based system,
such as NetBSD1.2, FreeBSD2.2.5/3.0-current, SunOS 4.1.3/4 etc.
