You can get isode-8.0 from our ftp site:

ftp://ftp.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/pub/networking/isode/

Isode is no longer freely available. See http://www.isode.com for the
commercial version of this package. I guess they don't do anything
related to SNMP of network management.
