[tkined] ICMP redirection

Is there a way to create ICMP redirected packets with scotty for
measuring the transmission time from node A to node B and from node A to
node C over node B?
The time difference is between these times gives the time a packet needs
from node B to node C (statistically).

A--->B A -> B -> C
^\__/ ^\_______/
t1 t2

Is there a way to do the same with a traceroute (getting the route of
packets from node B to node C initiated by node A)?
Is there a way to get all the network components on this route?

Thanks
Stefan
