straps in scotty

Scotty2.1.0 seemed to compile fine but when I run make check everything =
seems to work except straps. When it does the straps section of the =
make check I get an error which says port already in use.

TCL7.5 and Tk4.1 were successfully installed.

I'm running a Sun Solaris. SunNet Manager was running but I killed the =
procs and also killed the snmp deamon.

Any ideas??
