Maturing techniques push the widespread adoption of cloud computing, but privacy concerns and lack of trust in cloud providers slows this trend down. In this work, ARM TrustZone will be investigated in order to find out what is necessary to implement trusted secure world applications applying this new technology. In focus of this work are the isolation and bootstrapping mechanisms of ARM TrustZone that allow to run trusted applications isolated from untrusted ones. The main goal is to build a runtime for trusted applications in cloud setups, that allows parallel execution of trusted applications from different cloud customers applying the TrustZone technology. |
