You should be more specific what you are doing. It looks like you are
using a getnext and you get back 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.32.4.1 which is
FRAME-RELAY-DTE-MIB::frTrapState where the default value is indeed
disabled. Looks like your RFC2128 agent does either not support
callHistoryPeerId (1.3.6.1.2.1.10.21.1.4.3.1.3) or these objects are
not in view. Please read the documentation to figure this out.
