Two things your should know: First, you have to bind a Tcl script to
receive trap events. See the snmp(n) man page and the
tnm/examples/snmptrapd example. The second thing you should know is
that the Tnm extension currenytly not able to receive traps on
arbitrary ports. So you are in trouble here.
