Yes. RFC 1909-1910 style SNMPv2u will be supported in the next release
which will be based on Tcl7.5/Tk4.1. (I am not working with Tcl7.4/Tk4.0
anymore.) Porting to Tcl7.5 takes more time than expected. I am going
to Interop in Las Vegas (first week in April). I thought that I would
have a version out before I leave to the US, however this is mostly
impossible now. So expect the next release when I return from Interop.
