Error running tkined on AIX 3.2.5, TCL 7.3, TK 3.6

tkined compiles fine under these conditions, but the executable
stops with the following error message when run:
thor$ ./tkined
invalid command name "tk_bindForTraversal"
Could someone suggest a fix for this problem?
