trouble with ftp.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de

Hi, sorry to bother all of you with this, but I seem to be having trouble
reaching the home ftp site from here. The connection seems to lose pretty
badly, no matter how often I try. A traceroute from here shows the gore:

Anyways, trying to ftp through that is just insane, I was wondering if anyone
has the latest versions up for ftp a little closer to home.

This looks like a very interesting tool. I was in fact thinking of writing
something along these lines before I discovered this while reading the paper
in USENIX LISA VII procedings.
