WORK EXPERIENCE
Research and Teaching Assistant at BUPT, China (1987 - 1993)
- Developed a prototype of the meteorological information service system
on IBM PC/XT microcomputers, which was installed at the Capital Airport
of Beijing, China (1987)
- Developed a prototype of the automatic transmission measurement equipment
(ATME), which was then put into production by the Telecommunication
Instruments Factory of Wuhan, China (1988 - 1990)
- Developed a PCM signalling Monitor, which was also put into production
by the Telecommunication
Instruments Factory of Wuhan, China (1991 - 1992)
- Teaching cources: Programming in C; Digital Circuit and Logic Design
(1989 - 1993)
Other Related Activity
- Developed a serial communication software for the Yunhai Communication
Co., Beijing, China (1991 summer)
CURRENT RESEARCH INTERESTS
Research in the field of distributed multimedia communications,
especially routing algorithms for supporting real-time applications
with Quality-of-Service guarantees in high-speed networks.
