I have worked here since April 1997 as a Research Assistant basically focusing
on the following:
MACS is a CSCW framework and
system designed
to enable groupwork in a wide variety of usage scenarios. I was
responsible for the framework design and the development of some of
the basic collaboration tools. Further I did handle interworking
issues as well as the project coordination itself.
CAPRICE was a EC-project to
enable the
transfere of high performance computing and networking technology
to small and medium sized enterprizes. I did handle the coordination
of the participation of the Technical University of Braunschweig in
this project covering all aspects from finance to marketing.
Further I did assist in regualar work of the institute covering not only
teaching aspects but as well public relation and trade fair
representation.
