My PGP key with the key ID 0xD659A803BC268268 is available from PGP key servers.

I have described my migration from my previous weak key to my current key in the following signed transition statement:

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA512

I am transitioning my PGP keys from an old 1024-bit DSA key to a new
4096-bit RSA key. The old key will continue to be valid for some
time, but I prefer all new correspondance to be encrypted using the new
key, and will be making all new signatures using the new key.

This transition statement is signed with both keys to validate the
transition.

If you have signed my old key, I would appreciate signatures on my new
key as well, provided that your signing policy permits that without
reauthenticating me.

The old key, which I am transitioning away from, is:

pub 1024D/0xCD24F0333B8A33AA 2000-08-03
  Key fingerprint = F6CD 195C F141 4CF8 72AD 0CB0 CD24 F033 3B8A 33AA

The new key, to which I am transitioning, is:

pub 4096R/0xD659A803BC268268 2016-07-13
  Key fingerprint = 7ACD 91D5 A089 0713 6425 B1F4 D659 A803 BC26 8268

To fetch the new key from a public key server using GnuPG, you may want
to run:

  gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-key 0xD659A803BC268268

If you have already validated my old key, you can then validate that
the new key is signed by my old key:

  gpg --check-sigs 0xD659A803BC268268

This transition statement is available by HTTPS. You can fetch, read,
and validate it:

  wget https://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/users/steinb/pgptrans.asc
  less pgptrans.asc
  gpg --verify pgptrans.asc

Please contact me via e-mail at <steinberg@ibr.cs.tu-bs.de> if you have
any questions about this document or this transition.
