Welcome to the webpage of the SwarmNet project. In this research project we concentrate on algorithmic problems of self-organization, localization and communication in large swarms of sensor nodes.

The project is a cooperation between the Institute for Mathematical Optimization and the Institute for Operating Systems and Computer Networks at Braunschweig University of Technology.

It is funded by the German Research Foundation, where it is part of the focus program "Algorithms for large and complex networks".
