[tkined] Conflict with HP OpenView on same machine

Hi! Scottiers:
Did anyone of you experience this:
1) On the same PC, I have install 3.0.0 Scotty snapshot and
also have HP OpenView. Even I "close" all OpenView processes,
Scotty Trap Listener bind setting will still complain
"can not bind socket: address already in use"
2) Could work around by changing OpenView not using port 162 and
Scotty receiving Traps only on port162?...
