[tkined] Solaris 7 scotty install problem

Hello,
  I've just joined this list in an effort to understand problems with a
make install of scotty-2.1.10 on a couple of SUN systems (an enterprise
5500 and an ES 10000, both running solaris 7). I would normally search
the archives, however the URL:

        http://www.cs.tu-bs.de/ibr/projects/nm/tkined/marchive-2001/

seems not to resolve.

The trouble appears to be in the tnm-install-mibs section. The mibs files
from scotty-2.1.10/tnm/mibs all get copied to

        /usr/local/tcl8.3/lib/tnm2.1.10/mibs

(and I've linked /usr/local/tcl8.3 to /usr/local/tcl in case that was the
problem) however, I consistenty run into the following error:

Parsing rfc1269.mib
couldn't open MIB file "rfc1155.smi": no such file or directory

I've checked both rfc1269.mib and rfc1155.smi in both locations and
they're all word readable. What is it that the install cannot find?
