hmm, a Tnm::snmp listener itself has no configurable address too, but
gets incoming traps from the nmtrapd, which binds itself to any
address. however, the nmtrapd is only run at unix hosts and not used
at windows os, where this is handled within scotty.

so this is a bit complicated. maybe you like to have a look at the
source to see how it is actually handled (i'd have to do so too ;-).
