I have gone back and forth on this and my current thinking is to not
support multiple community strings per session. So I put the burdon on
the application writers to create multiple sessions and to do the
right thing if they want to support such a feature. Part of the reason
is that the concept does not really extend very well to SNMPv3 where
you have more security relevant state information. And it is at least
questionable whether it would be a good thing to share some of this
state.

So the simplest thing to do is to say that a session is always bound
to a particular security model (which has always been true) and the
parameters that are needed for this security model.
