[tkined] Lastest scotty version on unix

Hi,

I am using scotty3.0.0 for several years now. Although it's stable I
would like to use a newer unix version than
ftp://ftp.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/pub/local/tkined/devel/scotty-00-02-21.tar.gz
to have a look at it's new features.
As I am not able to use CVS a download site would be fine.
