[tkined] unable to load MIB

Hi
I have installed and ran tkined, Clicked on "SNMP Tree" from the
Tools menu its poped up another window, I tried to upload the mib
RFC1381-MIB from the directory /usr/lib/tnm3.0.0/ mibs , it gave an
error "unknow MIB node 1" .
what could be the problem, do I need set any environment variables?
