Hi - there's something whacked with the MODULE-IDENTITY. Just replace it
with :
agilent OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { enterprises 5053 }
and you're golden.

I actually saw this problem with the Scotty parser as well when I tried to
compile some MIBs here. I have successfully compiled the MIBs with various
other compilers (inl. HP Openview).
I'd be very interested to find out what Juergen's conclusion is.
