The attempt to load the frozen MIB file rfc1471.mib.idy fails. Either
rfc1471.mib.idy is corrupted or there is a bug in the frozen MIB file
loader. I suggest to remove all the frozen files

        rm -rf /usr/lib/tnm2.1.9/i686-Linux-2.2.16-22

and to try again. If the problem persists, you have the option to try
2.1.10 (which is the final 2.1.X release) or to dig into the code to
find out where exactly this happens.
