Peter,
   This is more of a shell problem than a tkined
problem. The file tkined1.5.0 is a shell script that
loads and then launches the wish interpreter to run
itself.
   If you do a 'which tkined1.5.0' that should point
to the exact filepath . Then try something like

 '/opt/sfw/bin/wish8.3 {PATHYOUJUSTFOUND}/tkined1.5.0'

   If this gives you an error , you may not have WISH
installed.
