[tkined] Behaviour of Engine ID discovery

Hi,

I am seeing a strange behaviour in scotty with SNMPv3. Whenever scotty does
the engineID discovery, it tries atleast 6 times and send the actual request
with discovered engineID. The response from the agent is same for the 6
requests, but why scotty is getting the engineID in the first response
(report) itself from agent.

Anybody have any information about this behaviour?
