[tkined] Is Scotty available for tcl8.3 version?

Hello,

This probably an FAQ, so please point me to the relevant link. I found
that Scotty works only upto tcl8.0 version
(http://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/~schoenw/scotty/faq/faq.html#SEC23).

Has anyone tried it with the latest tcl version? If not, what would it
take to port to tcl8.3? I would like to upgrade to the tcl8.3.2 but am
stuck with 8.0, if Scotty cannot be compiled with 8.3.
