[tkined] Flittersnoop 0.1 - systems monitor - released

Summary: TCL/Tk utility for monitoring UCD-SNMP agents and SMB & WINS services
to determine the health or otherwise of systems.

This is the initial Beta release. I am leaving my current job on 20/12/2000
so I will endeavour to have at least a bugfix release before then.
Just tested in a Sun Solaris 2.5.1/7 environment with Samba 2.0.6.
