('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is)
Hi,
Abstract:
I'm writing a SNMP agent on NT using the Scotty tcl lib.
I can not manage to have an SNMP error to be returned from the SNMP binding (i.e. $s begin recv { } ).
I try with the statement 'error noSuchName' in the binding.
But the script stops in error and the response indicate noError.
In that version the '-agent interp' can NOT be served.
So perhaps the error fails because there is NOT an master interpreter to intercept the error (sth like the alias mechanism).
Question:
I would like to know if someone manages to generate SNMP error with tnm300.dll ? Does someone found a workaround ?
regards
bill
