[tkined] compile using cygwin

HELP !

I'm trying to compile scotty-2.1.10 on NT SP4 using cygwin's
gcc version 2.95.2 and tcl 8.0. Compiles up to the linking stage
and then get hundreds of 'undefined reference to'. Has anyone
compiled under cygwin?
Any suggestions
