3.0.0? I know it' s beta....

FWIW, it returns "" every time. I assume it's there to somehow tell you
that the value of an object declared as
SYNTAX Integer32 (0..15) would be limited to between 0 and 15.

If I'm mistaken, how can we find out what range restrictions are on MIB
objects using Scotty?
