[tkined] Scotty Newbie - Question About Scotty and Windows

Is anyone using Scotty with Windows 2000?

I am using Tcl/Tk 8.2.1, and the latest version of Scotty. I tried to follow
the tutorial (for tkined), located at
http://www.eng.auburn.edu/users/doug/tkined.html. However, I couldn't even
get the very first instruction to work. All it told me to do was to click on
the television-looking icon and left-click on the tkined map (this should
place a network node icon, I'm assuming). However, nothing happened. Anyone
know why this is not working?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
