[tkined] SNMPv3 Inform Messages

Hi,

I created a listener session for SNMPv3 on host A with a specified engineID
by the option -engineID. I binded this session to look for any
traps/informs.

I created a notifier session on host B using scotty with the destination
address as the host A with SNMPv3 and engineID to use as the same value
specified for host A by -engineID option.

When I send traps from host B, I can able to see the trap messages on host A
which is coming from host B. But when I send some inform messages, I see
some messages coming from host B but the host returns saying noResponse. I
am not understanding what is going on.

I am not sure whether I am missing some thing here to recieve and respond
for inform messages. Any help is appreciated...
