You should see additional output, e.g. like this:

: 72 netmasks queried in 13 seconds.

: 2 networks discovered in 0 seconds.
: 3 gateways discovered in 0 seconds.
: 72 links discovered in 0 seconds.
: 1 nodes merged in 0 seconds.
: 142 tkined objects created in 1 seconds.
: Discover finished in 133 seconds
 
Objects are added to the tkined map only in the last step of the
discover process.
