Nobody can answer your question if you do not describe your problem in
detail. In order to write a useful bug report, say precisely

(a) which version you are using

(b) which system you are using

(c) what action did you do (precise input if possible)

(d) what did you expect to happen

(e) what did actually happen

If something hangs or crashes, try to figure out where it hangs (by
using a debugger, system call tracer or whatever you have available).
Also try to come up with a small description to reproducible the
problem or a small script that triggers the problem.
